Brittany Bruce is the Director of Grant Operations at the Marshall University Research Corporation (MURC). In her role, she is dedicated to supporting Principal Investigators (PIs) and Project Directors (PDs) in executing day-to-day grant operations and ensuring the successful implementation of grant requirements. She actively contributes to the refinement of operational processes by facilitating the development of training programs and procedural enhancements.

Before assuming her current role, Bruce served as a Special Projects Coordinator, where she played an integral role in supervising and coordinating large-scale community projects and events. As a skilled event planner, she demonstrated her proficiency in orchestrating successful events. In addition, her role encompassed providing essential administrative support and engaging in community outreach initiatives to foster enduring partnerships.

Bruce’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, which she earned from Marshall University in 2018. She is also working toward completing her master’s degree in Leadership Studies for Non-Profits and Public Agencies, with an expected graduation date in December 2023. Bruce and her family, including her husband John and their two sons, Tate and Eli, proudly call Huntington their home.
