PROJECTS

Treatment, Recovery, and Workforce Support

The Treatment, Recovery, and Workforce Support Grant is administered by Prestera Center, aligning career services, recovery supports, individual financial independence and independent living to decrease unemployment and increase workforce participation across eight disproportionately disadvantaged counties in West Virginia, and ultimately decrease overdose fatalities. The counties include Cabell, Lincoln, Wayne, Kanawha, Putnam, Logan, Mingo, and Boone.

The overall goal of the project is to increase the number of West Virginians in treatment and recovery find purpose through gainful employment that pays a living wage.
