- LevelUP
- LevelUP is a program that provides peer and coaching support for younger people ages 17-25 leaving foster/kinship care the skills to self-direct their life trajectory as they transition to adulthood. Level Up teams include the individual, and a Coach and Peer Guide who offer life skills training, a customized mobile app with hundreds of local resources, and direct linkage to community partners. Project staff assist them in finding their best pathway forward, whether it be job readiness, employment, certification, adult education, or a degree.

Peer Support Models
Peer support models provide transitional age youth with a supportive environment to learn new skills, have increased self-esteem, and reduce mental health concerns. Youth who receive peer support can have better outcomes transitioning into adulthood. Implementing and measuring the effectiveness of peer support programs can help ensure its sustainability and continued growth.
