Trauma-Sensitive Workplace (TSW) / Assessments
In the fall of 2022, the University of Kentucky, our third party partner to maintain confidentiality, sent out an assessment to the Bureau of Social Services Staff. This assessment gathered information from the Safety Culture Survey, Professional Quality of Life Survey, and the Vicarious Trauma Scale.
We use the results of your assessment to create personalized trainings just for you!
We will continue to assess the Bureau of Social Services annually, so be on the look out for a survey in the future.
